We are not just concerned with the way you move.  We believe in a balanced self-care, encompassing the body, the mind, and the spirit.  This balance and “trilogy” are represented by the lever and triangular fulcrum.  Our inside-out approach to your customized training program provides the zip to your zen through the physical trilogy of cardiovascular, weight, and flexibility conditioning.  Whether the overall triad is described as mind/body/spirit, brain/body/breath, or mental/structural/chemical,  when these elements are nurtured and in sync, you don’t have to look in the mirror to know that you are uniquely beautiful and healthy!
